Craxy is one of the rookie South Korean girl groups that made their debut in 2020. They debuted in March, but various reasons they seem to be an underrated group. This girl group Craxy however, should be one with a lot of potential, which can be seen in their swag performances.

Official Debut
Craxy started pre-debut activities in December 2018 under the name Wish Girls, the song that they promoted was titled “Wish For You.” This song was predominantly a Christmas song, moreover, Craxy also promoted another song, “The Little Match Girl” and even shot a music video for this song. But until June 27th, 2019, this song was not released on a music program yet.
Their label S.A ITAINMENT changed the plan, all members released a solo song first before debuting as members of a group. It started with Woo-ah with the song “Issue” released on May 18th, Hyejin with the song “Boyfriend” released on August 10th, ChaeY with the song “Sixteen” released on August 30th, Swan with the song “My Soul” released on September 25th, and Karin with the song “Ka Ka Ka” released on October 24th.
Then for their summer project they collaborated with Indonesian actor Glenn Alinskie and his wife, Chelsea Olivia as co-producer to promote the music video “Yours Is Mine” that was launched on July 22nd, 2019.
Finally, on January 10th, 2020, they changed their group name to Craxy, then made a music video for “My Universe.” Precisely, on March 3rd, 2020, Craxy debuted with the title track ”Aria” where the album itself was the packaging of their solo tracks and pre-debut songs.

Their music video has been out since March 3rd, 2020, under S.A ITAINMENT. This song has RnB and rap vibes with pop genre. Woo-ah is the leader and lead vocal also rapper, ChaeY is the youngest and lead vocal, Karin is lead dancer, vocal, and rap, whereas Hyejin and Swan are lead vocals.
The title track ”Aria” has purposeful lyrics where Craxy aims to express their positive messages regarding problems or challenges that they face, let it be easy by handling it together. Such a good message.
The music video also shows the members’ characters who are strong and elegant. Craxy has gained 1 million views in only a short time after the video was released. Although some of the response to their debut is not good, Craxy have shown all of the good work in their stage performances and music video. What do you think?
