PoshGirls Riona Debut Era
Hamamatsu Riona debuted as a member of a K-Pop girl group called PoshGirls. This was revealed from the official PoshGirls Twitter account and it appears that one member is familiar to the J-Pop world, Hamamatsu Riona.
Previously, Riona was a former member of AKB48 Team 8 who joined since the formation of Team 8 and came from Tokushima, but in 2017, Riona decided to graduate from AKB48.
Riona debuted in South Korea under the agency No.1 Media Japan, an agency located in two countries, namely Korea and Japan, and is the second project from ZPOP which previously debuted Kawamura Mahiro (ex. Nogizaka46) as a representative from Japan.
PoshGirls debuted on August 18th, 2021, with “Got Chu“ under No.1 Media (also known as ZPworld). They are named as pre-debut girl groups ZDreamZ and One Dream Project. PoshGirls’ line-up has members Jiin, Miyu, Riona, Yeny, Niina, Tsugumi, Yebin. They are planned to promote in two different countries, Korea and Japan, because the members are from those nationalities.
PoshGirls released their debut song titled “Got Chu” with the music video being released at the same time as their debut date.
