Han Seung-yeon, born on July 24th, 1988, better known mononymously as Seungyeon, is a South Korean singer and actress. She is best known as the former main vocalist of the South Korean girl group KARA. Seungyeon debuted as the main vocalist of Kara on March 29th, 2007.

On June 10th, KARA made their appearance on MBC’s Every1’s popular variety show Weekly Idol. During the show, Weekly Idol MCs Hyung Don and Defconn asked Seungyeon if the rumors about her crush on Jimin were true.
In that episode, she said, “We (KARA and BTS) were promoting “Mamma Mia” and “Danger’ at the same time and since then, I had my eye on him…” Then, when KARA were promoting “Cupid” and they (BTS) were also promoting at the same time with “I NEED U,” she also revealed that she was really happy when she saw him because KARA and BTS promotions overlapped again this time.
