The first drama we’re going to recommend is Squad 38. She gained her popularity with this drama. Squad 38 is a television series from South Korea featuring Ma Dong-seok, Seo In-guk, Choi Soo-young, and Lee Sun-bin as a supporting role. It aired on the OCN cable network from June 17th, 2016 to August 6th, 2016 on Fridays and Saturdays at 23:00 (KST) for 16 episodes.
The story is about civil servant Baek Sung-il and his team in cooperation with the fraud Yang Jeong-do collecting taxes from regular tax evaders as well as delinquent taxpayers. Lee Sun-bin played as Jo Mi-joo, a gold digger who later joined the 38 Revenue Collection Unit.

The second drama on our recommendation is another OCN drama, Missing Nine. A year after Squad 38, Lee Sun-bin appeared in the suspense drama which is also starred by Jung Kyung-ho, Baek Jin-hee, Choi Tae-joon, EXO’s Chanyeol, and more. It aired on MBC for 16 episodes on Wednesdays and Thursdays from January 18th to March 9th, 2017, at 22:00 (KST).
Missing Nine tells a story about a plane carrying 47 passengers crashing suddenly and triggering widespread panic in South Korea with 9 public figures on board in the entertainment industry. They are staff company, Legend Entertainment; celebrities Seo Joon-oh, Choi Tae-oh, Lee Yeol, Ha Ji-ah, Yoon Soo-hee, President Hwang Jae-guk, Tae Ho-Hang Secretary, Jung Ki-joon Manager, and Ra Bong-hee Stylist. After four whole months, Bong-hee is discovered unconscious by the ocean in China, where she is successfully saved and is discovered to be the first survivor of the plane crash.
Lee Sun-bin played as Ha Ji-ah, an actress who is one of the nine survivors of the plane crash. Ha Ji-ah is the most successful celebrity in the Legend Entertainment. She is charismatic and refreshingly honest to the extent that she is unable to understand and often loudly tells secret signals and hints. She has a disease that is known only to Joon-oh and Ki-joon, putting her in mortal danger while stranded on the island.
And just like Squad 38, this drama also has numerous action scenes which are suitable for Lee Sun-bin.
Criminal Minds (2017)

It looks like Lee Sun-bin is a casting director favorite to play in action-drama, because in the same year after finishing the filming of Missing Nine, she also appeared in a remake of the American crime drama with the same title, Criminal Minds. It was broadcast on the cable channel tvN every Wednesday and Thursday from July 26th, 2017, to September 28th, 2017.
In the fictitious National Criminal Investigation (NCI) team, the drama follows a group of extremely qualified profilers who track down criminals to solve cases. Lee Sun-bin played as Yoo Min-young, she is the media liaison officer for the NCI and is responsible for handling press conferences. Since the death of her sister and brother-in-law, she has been the guardian of her orphaned daughter Ha-eun. She’s Jennifer “JJ” Jareau’s equivalent in the original series, portrayed by A.J. Cook.

Sketch tells a story about an ace detective and a female detective who can sketch out the future while trying to catch a serial killer. Lee Sun-bin played as Yoo Shi-yoon, a detective who has the ability to sketch drawings of what is going to happen three days in the future.

The Great Show is a television series from South Korea featuring Song Seung-heon, Lee Sun-bin, and Lim Ju-hwan. It started airing on tvN on August 26th, 2019 and airs at 21:30 (KST) on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Great Show tells a story about Wi Dae-han (Song Seung-heon), a former politician who took in a young girl and her three siblings when their mom died. They grew up as a family together and put on “the great show” to make him a politician again. Jung Soo-hyun is his college junior and a writer with a sense of justice in current affairs.
In this political drama, Lee Sun-bin played as Jung Soo-hyun, Wi Dae-han’s junior in college and a writer with a sense of justice in current affairs.
