INFINITE’s L, also known by his real name, Kim Myung-soo (hangul: 김명수), was born in Seoul, South Korea, March 13, 1922. IL was positioned as Face of the Group for his handsome appearance. L was debuted with the other members of the group in 2010 under Woollim Entertainment. He started to become popular for his good looks right from the time the group debuted.

He debuted in 2011 after being a trainee in SM Entertainment. How Sehun was discovered by SM Entertainment is unique, because he was discovered while he was buying a tteokbokki on the street, but he ran away from the casting manager for half an hour.
SM Entertainment is one of the biggest companies in South Korea and has many trainees who are very good-looking. SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu, also known by his real name of Kim Min-gyu (hangul: 김민규), was born in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, on April 6, 1997. He’s in charge as the Face of The Group for SEVENTEEN, which made its debut in 2015. Mingyu is one of the members who’s praised for his visual and his height of 187 cm.
Beside being praised for his looks, he’s a talented rapper who is part of SEVENTEEN’s hip-hop unit. Among his fans, Mingyu was chosen as one of the members who looks like boyfriend material since his appearance shows a soft side for a man his age.
The member of SEVENTEEN, Mingyu, was recognized for his appearance back when he was a trainee in Pledis Entertainment. He used to take cameos in music videos, such as in NU’EST’s – Face and Hello Venus’s – Venus music videos.
#8 iKON’s Yunhyeong
iKON’s Yunhyeong, also known as Song Yun-hyeong (hangul: 송윤형), was born in Seoul, South Korea, on February 8, 1996. The member of iKON, who was debuted in 2015 under YG Entertainment, Yunhyeong, holds the positions of Center and Visual of his group.
Unlike the other members, Yunhyeong has the best proportion for being a visual of the group since he has a cute smile and handsome face. His dream before debuting was to become an actor, but after he signed under his agency he ended up a member of iKON. Beside having a great look, iKON’s Yunhyeong is also a great cook who always cooked for the other members in dorm.
He also likes to take selfies and realized his charm as one of the handsomest members in the group. He’s also recognized as one of the best male idols who still looks handsome without make-up. #9 NCT’s Taeyong
NCT’s Taeyong, also known by his real name, Lee Taeyong (hangul: 이태용), was born in Seoul, South Korea, on July 1, 1995. The member of NCT, who is signed under SM Entertainment, is also known as the leader of NCT’s sub unit, NCT 127. He went on a world tour concert, Neo City: The Origin. Taeyong is considered as one of the best dancers in SM Entertainment and has a perfect visual, as well.
The idol just celebrated his twenty-fourth birthday this July and has been popular for his handsome looks back since before he was debuted. Although he was a bit chubby when he was still in elementary school, he grew up in a puberty that hit him really hard.
As a special occasion, SM Entertainment used to hold an annual Halloween party, and Taeyong came dressed up in a Jack Frost costume. PENTAGON’s Yanan (hangul: 옌안) is an idol who came from the Republic of China and debuted with the boy-group PENTAGON in 2016 under CUBE Entertainment. Yanan joined an audition in China and was accepted to become a trainee in CUBE Entertainment. Back before he debuted, he was known as the lady killer form China.
He looks like a prince charming and even was ranked as the best-looking member in the group by his fellow member, Yuto. He’s one of the tallest members in his group and has a a great eye for fashion. As reported from K-Profiles, Yanan’s most charming point is his body proportions, since he has long legs.
Yanan has a typical, cute face but his height, 186 centimeters or just over six feet, makes him look like a prince that came out of a fairytale to find his princess in real life. Although he wasn’t in the position of visual in the group, Yanan has a lot of fangirls.
#11 SF9’s Rowoon
SF9’s Rowoon, whose real name is Kim Seok-woo (hangul: 김석우), was born in Ilsan, South Korea, on August 7, 1996. He debuted in a boy-group named SF9 in 2016, under FNC Entertainment. His height of 192 cm (well over 6 feet) make his appearance look really perfect for a standard as a guy.
With his handsome visual, Rowoon made his acting debut by appearibng in television drama series, such as School 2017 (2017), About Time (2018), and A Day Found by Chance (2019). He gained more attention from his fans after he made his appearance as an actor and played as the second main lead.
His appearances in dramas caught attention from the public since he looked so boyfriend-like while he played the character of a sweet guy that smiles a lot. Beside his perfect visual, he has the most beautiful eyes, and every time the camera focused on him and how he talked with different cast members, he seemed very sincere.
#12 Monsta X’s Hyungwon
MONSTA X’s Hyungwon, whose real name is Chae Hyung-won (hangul: 채형원), was born in Gwangju, South Korea, on January 15th, 1994. The member of MONSTA X debuted in 2015 under Starship Entertainment. He joined a trainee survival show, No Mercy, before he debuted as part of MONSTA X.
Hyungwon is also known for his appearance that looks like an ulzzang, South Korean slang for a pretty-boy. MonBebe, MONSTA X’s fandom, agree that Hyungwon is one of the members who has a handsome face although he’s also had pictures of his face used in memes because of his funny expessions.
On January 4, 2018, MONSTA X held a meet & greet with their fans and one session they held was a ‘Top 3 Best-Looking Members In The Group’. MONSTA X’s Shownu revealed that Hyungwon could be the 1st rank for the best looking, but when the lie detector was used on Hyungwon, he ranked Shownu and Wonho as the best looking members in MONSTA X.
