T.O.P
Big Bang’s T.O.P is also fulfilling his military obligation. Even though he once had a serious drug problem, he was still allowed to enter his military service. T.O.P was assigned a position as a public servant. He’s serving in Yongsan, South Korea, in the district government office.
Originally, T.O.P was assigned as military police in Gangnam’s police office, but after T.O.P was charged convicted for the drug case, he was fired from his military job and continued his rest military service as a public servant. The idol really regretted his mistakes, and he has nothing left to say. He also didn’t have any plan to against his punishment, so he was received it as well.
Dae-sung
Big Bang’s Daesung is also currently completing his military service, and wanted to fulfill his military service the same time that G-Dragon, T.O.P, and Taeyang were doing theirs.
Unfortunately, after he was in the service for two months, Daesung was rushed to the Chuncheon Army Hospital. The hospital staff didn’t say anything about why he was rushed in for treatment, since it’s confidential.
Daesung began his service in March, 2018, and underwent training for five weeks before being assigned in the military unit where he would complete the rest of his military service.
Seung-ri’s Enlistment Date
How about Big Bang’s Seung-ri? He’s the last member in Big Bang to enroll himself for military service, due to his busy schedule for his solo activities, such as promoting his Chinese movie, Love Only, and preparing his solo album. YG Entertainment also said that Seung-ri will be releasing a single right before he leaves for his military service!
When the other four members of Big Bang entered the service, Seung-ri was continuing his solo activities. He was invited to many variety shows, such as My Ugly Ducking, Radio Star, I Live Alone, and others. He also started a new gig — being the CEO of YGX, a sub-agency of YG Entertainment!
So, when will Seung-ri enlist for the military service? Through his Instagram account, he revealed that he will be joining the other members of Big Bang as soon as possible. He also said that he’ll be going to the military service when all of his tasks were done, but as of the writing of this article, no official announcements have been made about the date.
We’re waiting patiently for all of members of Big Bang to end their military service, and hope to see them again soon, with a comeback and on stage!
