Even though the drama always revolved around ‘single-person household’ and mukbang, there are some differences in every season. Im Soo Mi, the writer of Let’s Eat series said that Goo Dae-young’s character has greatly matured in Let’s Eat 3. He started his independent life after entering college. Before this, his character in season 1 was a mysterious guy and then in season 2, we can see his character develop into a more matured and he is not even messy anymore. There is also a difference in Dae-young’s age: in every season he gets older. But what makes Let’s Eat 3 special is the time is going back and forth from 2004 when he was a college student and 2018 when he is already 34 years old. The acting in every season is always developing that’s why many people like the most recent version of the drama more than the previous season.
