Baekgyeul’s Debut with E’LAST
Being the fourth oldest member of E’LAST, Baekgyeul was trained in E Entertainment for about 4 years. During his trainee days, he was trained together with Spectrum’s Minjae and shared the room with Seungyeop. When Baekgyeul was in training, the group also formerly known as called EBOYZ.
Prior to debut, Baekgyeul and the other members of E’LAST had been releasing their reality show called “Unlock”. This is where the group uploaded videos once a week to showcase their daily lives and debut preparations.
On December 30, 2019, Baekgyeul was revealed to be a member of E’LAST. This made him the fourth member that were added to the lineup.
Baekgyeul and the rest of the group made their official debuted on June 9, 2020 with the mini-album titled “DAYDREAM”, with “Swear” as the lead single. Their first music video was also released on the same day. Currently, the video has been viewed for more than 1.9 million times.
Baekgyeul and E’LAST members performed “Swear” for the first time on Mnet Countdown about a week later after the official debut. Through this performance they have receiving positive reviews from KPop enthusiasts.
