Kai was known for his facial expressions while dancing, which makes him mesmerizing whenever he performs on the stage. His dancing brings out the emotions of the songs and makes audiences feel them right along with him. For example, the upbeat fun of a song like Power, the craziness in Overdose and MAMA, or the desire and seductive dance moves in The Eve or Love Shot.

He’s always in perfect sync with the beat of the music, as well. We can see how much effort that Kai put in his dancing, which is why his performances are always amazing.

Kai dances with a lot of honor. Even though he’s not always in the spotlight in some of the group’s dance routines, he doesn’t complain about it! He just enjoys his job as the main dancer and focuses on what he’s working on. He’s sincerely passionate about what he does.

J-Hope was once an underground dancer and already famous among people in his hometown, Gwangju, for his dancing skills. Not only that, he also won the national dance competition for South Korea in 2008. After debuting with BTS, J-Hope became the choreography leader who contributes a lot for dances in music videos and live stages, make his own choreography for his solo dance breaks or the group as a whole.

In the term of technique, J-Hope leans toward hip-hop. He’s really good at hip-hop dance moves, such as krumping, popping/locking, and b-boying. He’s extremely flexible and when he dances it can be hard to believe he has any bones in his body.

Many ARMYS and even non-fans of BTS fall in love with J-Hope after they watch him move, some of them even changed their bias immediately. J-Hope has a stage presence that will catch your eyes and his powerful dancing certainly gains him a lot of fans.
