After Two Years of Marriage, Actress Jung Ga-eun & Husband Decide to Divorce
The news of the actress’ divorce came from the world of South Korean entertainment. Nearing the two-year marriage, South Korean actress Jung Ga-eun decided to separate from her husband. The agency that houses the actress, Double V Entertainment, released an official statement regarding this matter on Friday, January 26th.
“Jung Ga-eun, who got married in January 2016, ended her marriage and decided to separate (from her husband) well,” wrote Double V, as quoted from Soompi.
The agency also said that the legal process for divorce was over. The 1978-born actress got the right to raise their daughter.
“They want to maintain their relationship as a partner, but they cannot overcome the various obstacles that exist and finally decided to act upon this difficult decision,” wrote Double V.
The agency also added that Jung Ga-eun and her ex-husband would continue to support each other even though they are separated.
In addition, Double V also explained that the actress, who had studied at Busan Kyungsang College, plans to continue her activities in the South Korean entertainment world through various existing programs. Double V also apologized while asking that the public be able to accept the decisions made by the couple.
Previously, the actress who had played a role in the drama Master’s Sun, got married to the businessman in 2016. She also gave birth to a daughter the same year.

She is absolutely not Ji-yeon.” The company is preparing intensive legal action in response to this humiliating and damaging rumor.
