Rumor with Kathryn Prescott
On MBC’s I Live Alone, Henry spent quite some time with Kathryn Prescott in episode 304-305. It drew the attention of the other cast members as they really looked like a couple who were on a date. Henry insisted that they were not but the panelist kept teasing him about it. When Kathryn saw Henry, she immediately made quick steps and hugged him tightly. In the studio, he shared that Kathryn had been in Korea for five days but he was abroad. When he said he wanted to see her, he suddenly stopped and took back his words as he knew it could lead to something bad. He clarified that he wanted to see her as a friend. Watch the clip below!
In another clip, Kathryn said that she was in Korea alone without any friends for 10 days. He then teased her by asking why she was there in Korea. When she said she wanted to see Korea, Henry teasingly asked for more, “And…?” Kathryn caught it and said smilingly, “And to see Henry.” Even though they might be just playing around, it still seems so cute for the audience.
Later, Henry also showed his gentleman side by carrying Kathryn’s bag and covering her from the sunlight.
Next, he taught her how to make Korean food bibimbap. When she ate Henry’s bibimbap, she liked it and said it was delicious. She even used Korean phrases that Henry had taught her before.
However, as sweet as it is, when asked whether Kathryn has a boyfriend, she said yes. After hearing that, Henry cutely showed a certain reaction as if he was surprised. Even though he tried to explain that it was a normal reaction, the other cast members just couldn’t buy it!

Future Plans of Henry Lau
After he left SM in 2018, it was reported by Soompi that Henry established a one-man personal studio in China called Henry’s Workshop to act as his agency for his activities in China. Not only that, months later, he signed with a brand new agency, Monster Entertainment Group in Korea which was founded by his brother, Clinton. It is also a new global management agency by the Chinese film production company, Filmko Entertainment Group and its U.S. partners. In the same month, he also signed with a music label named AXIS which was established by former YG creative director, SINXITY.

In an interview with Forbes and Billboard, Henry said that he was currently preparing for his album. When asked about it, he said that if before his songs used to show a certain sound or concept, this time he wanted to show more of melodies because it’s just the way he is. He also said that his songs can be either in Korean, Chinese, or English since he speaks the languages. However, he said that nowadays people listen to all music regardless of the languages used but he would have a lot more English tracks in the future. He also said that he actually had too many songs that he had to cut them down for his album but he was still deciding which would be released.

Recently, Henry just released another music video of his song “Don’t Forget” featuring Rocoberry on October 20th, 2019.
From this, we know Henry has many potentials in him. Although we may be sad because he is not part of Super Junior-M anymore, we may as well support him in every activity he is in now. Let’s look forward to his music and acting career in the future!
