On April 22, 2021, the teaser pictures of Nahyun and Mayna, members of the girl group HOT ISSUE, were revealed through official social media. In the published image, Nahyun and Mayna showed off their individuality by wearing black and red clothes and accessories that showed a checkered pattern and were see-through. Nahyun and Mayna captured the attention of domestic and foreign fans with their lovely yet dignified charm.
Nahyun, the first member of HOT ISSUE, was born in 2002 and is the leader and part of the vocal line of HOT ISSUE. Nahyun who has her outstanding visuals, vocal skills, and witty charm is expected to lead the colorful charms of HOT ISSUE after her debut.
When asked how she felt about her debut, Nahyun said in an interview with Sports Seoul on June 22, 2021, “I still can’t feel it, but I recently heard our song come out on the street and at the mart. It was so amazing and it felt good.” She smiled broadly.
Regarding the advice she received from Chairman Hong during their debut era activity, Nahyun said, “I know that you are constantly monitoring me, but you said in a short and bold way that you had a lot of trouble through a separate text message. Nahyun said, “I hope that after time passes, when the public thinks of 2021, our song will be remembered. I want to make a song that can cause homesickness,” she added.
