No. 11: 2 PM

The 6-person group boys group, 2 PM, which debuted in September 2008. From the left of the photo, the members are Chansung, Wooyoung, Nickhun, Junho, Jun.K, and Taecyeon. Showing their body figure and powerful appearance that made them different from the idol of the past until now, they got “The beast group” as a nickname. The group name seems to have been named for the concept “Music I’d Like to Listen at 2 PM, the Most Active in the Day”.
Their activities in Japan began in earnest in 2010 and 2 PM has gained great popularity in Japan as well. They showed their presence obviously in music activities, as well as special appearances at NHK “Hangul Course on TV” and drama “BOSS 2nd Season”. Recently they have been actively engaged in personal activities, and some of the members are active as solo singers in Japan.
No. 10: SUPER JUNIOR
SUPER JUNIOR, the 11-person boys group which debuted in November 2005. From left in the photo, the members are eleven people, namely Donghae, Ryeowook, Eunhyuk, Yesung, Leeteuk, Shindong, Siwon, Sungmin, Heechul, Kyuhyun, and one person who is not in the photo, Kangin.
They’re still doing activity except those who are in charge of military service, and Kangin who got indefinite punishment due to drunk driving, but they’re mostly focused on personal activity as they haven’t done much music activities as a group. However, even it’s only a personal activity, as expected of SUPER JUNIOR for making people in awe at many levels. We’d like to expect it as members are coming back and group activities are going to happen.
No. 9: SEVENTEEN

The 13-person boys group, SEVETEEN, which made debut in May 2015. From the upper left, the members are Jun, Hoshi, Dokyeom, S.COUPS, Wonwoo, The8, Mingyu, and from the bottom left are Vernon, Jeonghan, Joshua, Woozi, Seungkwan, and Dino.
They are divided into vocal team, performance team, hip hop team within the group, and members also produce songs themselves. The group name seems to be SEVENTEEN with 13 members + 3 teams + 1 group.
Currently very vigorous SEVENTEEN. They’re sure will grow to become a top group with more popularity from now on.
No. 8: GOT7

GOT7, the 7-person boys group which debuted in January 2014. From the left in the photo, the members are Yugyeom, Youngjae, Jackson, JB, Jinyoung, Mark, and Bam Bam. They’re a multinational group where members with various nationalities are gathered in Korea, Hong Kong, the United States, and Thailand. The group name contains the meaning of “seven people who got lucky”.
In addition, GOT7 which was explained as a hip-hop group is good at dancing with martial art elements such as Taekwondo “Martial Arts Tricking”. Acrobatic and advanced motion is attracted enough to naturally exclaim voice of admiration. They’re a group we want you to cherish for their one and only true, unique color.
No. 7: INFINITE

INFINITE, the 7-person boys group which made debut in June 2010. From the left of the photo, the members are Sungyeol, Sungjong, Hoya, L, Sungkyu, Woohyun, and Dong Woo. In 2011, they also made debut in Japan and became a hot topic with a dance called Karu Dance, which is a complete exact movement. Karu dance is also called INFINITE’s weapon.
As well as music activities as a group, all members are also active as solo singers or unit members within the group, and it is also a group that shows various colors. Also, there are members active in dramas and musicals, and their success is very wide.
No. 6: HIGHLIGHT (former BEAST)

The 5-person boys group, HIGHLIGHT, which debuted in October 2009. From the left of the photo, the members are Jun Hyung, Dong Woon, Yo Seob, Gigkwang, and Doojoon. HIGHLIGHT belonged to CUBE entertainment until 2016 and was active in the group name BEAST. In the same year, they established a new office, announced that they will be independent as a group. In that chance, they’re also changed their group name.
As a group that got the songs hit numerous times and gained high popularity, we’re expecting more of their activity in the future.
