The plot of this movie tells of a grandmother who returned to meet her granddaughter after 10 years and they lived together in a village. The meeting of the grandmother, named Gye-choon (played by Youn Yuh-jung), with her granddaughter, Hye-ji (played by Kim Go-eun), was filled with joy and sorrow.
The granddaughter must move to the village and go to school in a new place. She also had to adjust to the environment and local people in the village. The grandmother patiently taught her granddaughter new things.

The movie was directed by Lee Joon-ik, written by Kim Se-gyum, and produced by Kim Sung-chul. The movie is a box office movie that was distributed by Megabox Plus M. which has a profit of $3.6 million USD.

The plot in this movie tells about Hak-soo (Park Jung-min), a young man from a village who dreamed of becoming a rapper. In order to make his dream come true, he joined an audition for “Show Me the Money“. For 6 years, Hak-soo kept trying to take part in the auditions. He had to give up his efforts because his father suddenly became seriously ill and he was asked to return to his hometown.
The relationship between Hak-soo and his father wasn’t good. Hak-soo’s father was a former thug and he hated his father because his father left him and his mother alone, even until his mother died. But because the father had no one else, half-heartedly, Hak-soo took care of his father.
In his hometown, he met Sun-mi (played by Kim Go-eun), his high school friend who had loved Hak-soo for a long time. Hak-soo and Sun-mi’s relationship was not good, because in the past, Sun-mi had a crush on Hak-soo, while Hak-soo actually liked his beautiful friend Mi-kyung (played by Shin Hyun-bin). But Sun-mi’s kindness and attention slowly softened Hak-soo’s heart, include helping him to slowly forgive his father’s faults in the past.
Upcoming Movie: Yoo Yeol’s Music Album
Kim Go-eun and Jung Hae-in become the lead actor and actress together in a romantic film titled Yoo Yeol’s Music Album (hangul: 유열의 음악앨범), which will be released in 2019.
The filming began on September 1 and ended December 14, 2018. After the shoot ended, many photos circulated showing the interaction between the two main characters. Kim Go-eun (played as Hyun-woo) and Jung Hae-in (played as Mi-soo) also shared their thoughts about this film.
Kim Go-eun revealed that this film made her realize how precious time and love are. She also shared that she couldn’t forget the memories from making the film
“This film makes me think a lot about the meaning of time and love, so I will appreciate both more. Because I feel like I’m still a Mi-soo.” Kim Go-eun said. “I don’t think I will be able to forget even one moment during the making of this film.”
In this film, Jung Hae-in plays the character of an optimistic young man named Hyun-woo, while Kim Go-eun acts as a hard-working girl named Mi-soo. Both of them then meet and fall for each other. Hyun-woo and Mi-soo have two different sets of goals and still be themselves. However, both of them always hope that they can stay together.
