LIMITLESS debuted on July 9th, 2019, under ONO Entertainment. The members are A.M, VOK, Raychan, J-Jin, and C.I. These five fellow members have been working hard to release their album titled Dream Play.

LIMITLESS (Hangeul: 리미트리스) are also called LMTLS as a shorter version of the group’s name. They are contracted under ONO Entertainment which has successfully made the five members A.M, VOK, Raychan, J-Jin, and C.I get along well. Their single “Dream Play” was launched on July 9th, 2019. Unfortunately, on May 26th, 2020, member Heesook decided to leave the group.

Debut Story
ONO Entertainment launched LIMITLESS on July 1st, 2019, on their official Twitter. They debuted with the single “Dream Play.” In the beginning, the group consisted of Jang Moon Bok, Raychan, A.M, and Heeseok. They also showed their concept photo, spoiler photo and interview, album cover image, music video teaser, and individual teasers before the debut date.
The official agency expressed, “With the group on the verge of debut with the official name LIMITLESS, the members are concentrating on practicing day and night to showcase an amazing song and performance for fans. Please look forward to and support the boy group LIMITLESS who will heat up the music industry this summer.”
The group was made up of members who used to be contestants in some popular survival or music reality show such as Jang Moon Bok, who had joined Mnet’s Superstar K2 and Produce 101 Season 2, members Song Hyun Woo and Yoon Hee Seok, who were also both on Produce 101 Season 2 together with Jang Moon Bok, and also member Lee Hwi Chan, who had joined JTBC’s MIXNINE” The members of LIMITLESS have been doing fan meetings since 2018.
Appearance On Mnet Produce 101 Season 2
The members of LIMITLESS who are part of Mnet’s Produce 101 Season 2 are Jang Moon Bok, Song Hyun Woo, and Yoon Hee Seok. They signed s contract to debut as LIMITLESS members under ONO Entertainment. Hee Seok was the first one to debut on television under Jellyfish Entertainment, yet he decided to leave the company in 2019 to focus on his studies.
Controversy
Hee Seok has been posting on social media about something that has never been discussed before with the agency.
In the beginning, he was accepted to come back again to the agency. He even extended his gratitude to the fans who have supported him all the way to his debut. He uploaded on his Instagram account, “Even while I was focusing on my studies, I never stopped thinking about music. Thanks to Seong Hyun Woo, I have gained another chance to pursue my music.” The member and ONO Entertainment were enthusiastic.
Yet Hee Seok on May 24th, posted on his Instagram that he doesn’t want to become a member of LIMITLESS anymore and hopes that the fans won’t worry if they don’t hear any news or promotions.
Here is the letter that he wrote,
Hello, this is Yun Heeseok.
I will no longer live as LIMITLESS’ Yoon Heeseok but as Yoon Heeseok.
I think you will be surprised a lot.
At least, I want to say this to fans who have been worried for me who has no updates since our last promotions in December last year.
I am so sorry.
I am really grateful for those who have loved me until now.”
After he wrote this letter, his Instagram went dark and the account was deleted. Apparently, ONO Entertainment never heard about it since he uploaded the letter on his social media, therefore the agency still checked the validity of the information.
Yet ONO Entertainment has been getting difficulties to get in touch with Yoo Hee Seok. ONO Entertainment also explained that they never canceled the contract and didn’t have any problem with the contract before.
ONO Entertainment also said that all the members postponed their activities because of the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. LIMITLESS get to be home and rest in their homes, whereas they were actually supposed to be in Japan promoting at this time.
Until recently, Yoo Hee Seok has still not responded to any confirmation regarding his statement on his social media to ONO Entertainment. ONO Entertainment has found it difficult to reach him personally.
Latest News
Due to this pandemic of COVID-19, all the schedules of their promotion have been postponed and the members are home until new conditions are revealed.
The agency, ONO Entertainment is still looking for Yoo Hee Seok for his own letter confirmation about his resignation from the group LIMITLESS.
He expressed, he wants to be the ordinary Yoo Hee Seok and apologized to share the bad news to all fans. Until now, from May 25th, ONO Entertainment can’t contact him yet. After “Wish Wish” and “Dream Play” in 2019, LIMITLESS haven’t launched any song yet. Let’s support everything that LIMITLESS has been doing and hope the pandemic ends as soon as possible.
