MAP6’s Minhyuk
MAP6’s Minhyuk, also known by his real name Kim Min-hyuk (김민혁), was born on April 11th, 1992. He was positioned as the leader and main rapper of the group. Before debuting with his current boy group, MAP6’s Minhyuk had already debuted as a member of A-Prince. Many of his fans already knew he has a sexy side and he was called the “Sexy Prince” by his fans. But before being labeled as one of the sexiest members, he had the nickname “Gentleman Prince.”
MAP6’s Minhyuk was experienced to promote with the boy group A-Prince for 15 months before he joined DreamT Entertainment with his fellow members J.Jun, Sun, and J.Vin. MAP6’s Minhyuk originally made his debut in 2012 before joining the new agency to pursue a career as an idol.
MAP6’s Minhyuk‘s latest news is related to his promotions with the group and the release of a Japanese album on February 13th, 2019, titled MAP6 the first. The album includes a total of 11 songs. MAP6 also released a music video for their single “I Like it!” (Japanese Ver.) on June 26th, 2019. Meanwhile, they are also promoting another Korean single that was released as a digital single on April 12th, 2019, with the title “Follow Me.”
Noir’s Minhyuk
NOIR’s Minhyuk has the real name Kim Min-hyuk (김민혁) and was born on March 18th, 1998. He was positioned as the lead rapper and dancer of the group. Beside being an idol, he also has a talent in basketball while it being one of his hobbies.
The group that made their debut in 2018 consisted of three members who were contestants of Produce 101 Season 2 and debuted with the release of their 1st mini-album Twenty’s Noir which includes their title track, “Gangsta.” The group is promoting under LUK Factory and has released three music videos including their latest one titled “Doom Doom” that was released on June 11th, 2019.
The latest news about NOIR this year is about them joining the 2019 Idol Star Athletics Championships – Chuseok Special that was held at the Goyang Gymnasium in Gyeonggi Province on August 12th, 2019. NOIR participated along with 231 idols from 44 different groups through the sport competition.
D-Crunch’s Minhyuk
D-CRUNCH’s Minhyuk is known by his real name Kim Min-hyuk (김민혁) and was born in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, on November 6th, 1999. He was positioned as the rapper of the group and a trainee under All-S Company who started training in May 2017 before debuting as a member of a boy group on August 6th, 2018.
D-CRUNCH’s Minhyuk was revealed to be debuting on June 8th, 2018, and he debuted together with eight other members Hyunwook, Hyunho, Hyunoh, Hyunwoo, O.V, Chanyoung, Junseung, and Dylan. Their debut single titled “Palace” received both positive and negative response from the public because the concept of the group was deemed plagiarism of another boy group, SEVENTEEN, since they also used the same diamond logo.
D-CRUNCH nevertheless became one of the successful boy groups despite their controversies evident from the fact that they have already won a few awards in just two years, such as the Focus Award at the Asia Artist Awards (2018) and the Rising Star Award at the Asia Model Awards (2019). This year, D-CRUNCH released their latest music video titled “Are You Ready?” that has two versions; music video and performance ver., released on May 27th, 2019.
