Blood is a television series that aired in 2015 on KBS2. This drama is also where Goo Hye-sun met Ahn Jae-hyun before they got together and married. The drama revolves around Park Ji-sang who was played by Ahn Jae-hyun, a doctor as well as a vampire who is specialized in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery in the best cancer research hospital. Despite his cold appearance, he actually has a soft heart and yearns for closeness with people.
Goo Hye-sun acted as Yoo Ri-ta in the drama, one of Park Ji-sung’s colleagues and a hotshot physician who entered medical school at the age of 17. Take Care of Us, Captain
Take Care of Us, Captain is a drama that aired back in 2012 on SBS. It tells the story of Han Da-jin, a passionate female co-pilot who gets paired with the youngest pilot of a Boeing 747 named Kim Yoon-sung, who was played by Ji Jin-hee.
Han Da-jin lost her mother at a young age because she got into an accident when she was on a plane. Han Da-jin’s mother, who was pregnant at the time, went to the toilet by herself after flight attendant Choi Ji-won left her to attend a star passenger. Kim Yoon-sung who was still a co-pilot accidentally hit a lever that caused the autopilot to disengage when the captain left the cockpit to go to the restroom. Even though he managed to get the plane flying safely again, the disturbance made Han Da-jin’s mother bump against the restroom.
Choi Ji-won, who’s worried about the pregnant passenger, checks on Han Da-jin’s mother and helps the woman back in her seat. She notices blood on her skirt, but ensures herself that the passenger will be fine. Later, she goes back to Han Da-jin’s mother and finds her covered in blood. In shock, she calls another attendant for help to move Han Da-jin’s mother to a camp bed. While a baby girl is born, Choi Ji-won goes to take a scissor without disinfecting it first and stays silent due to shock when the captain confirms that the scissor has been disinfected. After giving birth, Han Da-jin’s mother becomes unconscious and the bleeding doesn’t stop, which causes her premature death.
The captain, Han Gyu-pil, is the father of Han Da-jin. After his wife’s funeral, he takes a walk with Kim Yoon-sung who feels guilty and doesn’t want to fly anymore. The next day, Han Gyu-pil gets caught in a car accident, leaving Han Da-jin alone with her sick younger baby sister. Meanwhile, Kim Yoon-sung left the country without knowing of Han Gyu-pil’s death.
Years later, the story moves to when Han Da-jin has become a pilot. She is paired with Kim Yoon-sung who has become a captain. As she makes some mistakes on their first flight, it makes Kim Yoon-sung believe that she is incapable of becoming a competent pilot, but Han Da-jin has different thoughts than him and believes in herself.

You Are Too Much
You Are Too Much is a television series that was aired in 2017 on MBC. The story of You Are Too Much revolves around a Yoo Ji-na impersonator, who calls herself Yoo Gina. However, Yoo Gina later becomes involved with the life of the real Yoo Ji-na and their lives become intertwined.
In this drama, Goo Hye-sun acts as Yoo Gina, the impersonator of Yoo Ji-na who had to earn money to support her family after her father lost his job and her mother died. To fulfill this, she found a singing gig at a nightclub where she was a Yoo Ji-na impersonator. Her dreams to become an original artist and produce her own songs become more distant. The only person who fully supports her and gives her the strength is her boyfriend. However, her boyfriend later becomes attracted to the real Yoo Ji-na.
In You Are Too Much, Goo Hye-sun acted alongside various actors and actresses such as Uhm Jung-hwa, Kang Tae-oh, Kang Nam-gil, and many others. However, she only appeared until the 6th episode and left the show after two weeks due to health reasons.
