NCT ,or Neo Culture Technology, is a boy-group formed by SM Entertainment in 2016 and since then NCT’s popularity has increased every year. NCT has several sub-units. The first unit of this group, NCT U, debuted in April, 2016, with the digital single The 7th Sense and Without You. The second unit, NCT 127, based in Seoul, debuted in July, 2016, with the mini album NCT #127. The third unit, NCT Dream, debuted in August, 2016, with the digital single Chewing Gum.
In this article, Byeol Korea will tell you all about one of NCT’s members, Jaemin. Jaemin is a member of NCT Dream. He was introduced as a member of SM Rookies in April, 2015, and he was doing volunteer work when SM Entertainment cast him. Jaemin, Pre-debut Era
In April, 2015, he was introduced as part of S.M. Entertainment’s pre-debut training team at SM Rookies. In August, 2016, he officially debuted as a member of NCT, in the unit NCT Dream, with the single Chewing Gum. Now, take a look at Jaemin’s transformation!

Jaemin in SM Rookies
SM Rookies is a pre-debut training team created by the South Korean entertainment agency SM Entertainment in 2013. It comprises young trainees who have yet to debut in an idol group. The project has produced artists such as Red Velvet and NCT. Jaemin was introduced as a member of SM Rookies in April, 2015. After going through a tough period as a trainee, he finally debuted with NCT Dream.
When he joined SM Rookies, he was 16 years old. His face looked more mature than before, but even more adorable, with a unique eye shape and lip shape.
Jaemin in NCT Dream
NCT Dream is the third sub-unit of the South Korean boy-group NCT. The group follows an admission-graduation system, where they are graduated from the unit after reaching the Korean age of 20. NCT Dream debuted on August 25, 2016, with seven members: Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung. Jaemin adopted an even more mature look by changing the color of his hair and started showing his new appearance.
He started coloring his hair pink, which made his appearance even more attractive. It doesn’t look more mature, but he looks more adorable with pink hair, like cotton candy.
