In mid-September 2018, Ailee got a rare opportunity to visit North Korea. Along with Zico, the female singer went to the country for the third Inter-Korean Summit from September 18 – 20. Notably, Ailee sung her famous Goblin soundtrack I Will Go to You Like the First Snow and went to Baekdu Mountain and Cheonji crater lake. On her return, Ailee shared what occurred in the event, “The audience was very kind. They clapped and cheered for me when I was singing so I was not too nervous”. She also said that the scenery is so beautiful she could not believe that she was there, I would like to perform again if another chance arises”.
In late December 2018, the third part of Memories of the Alhambra soundtrack was released. It turned out that Ailee sung the track titled Is You. The song charted in quite decently as it entered top 100 MelOn Chart. Here you may listen to the song through the clip below!
