Min Kyung-hoon began his mandatory military service after releasing the single Look Back on March 6, 2012. He served at the Yongin base, Gyeonggi Province for 21 months. Min Kyung-hoon Strong Chemistry with Super Junior’s Kim Hee-chul

The duo released the single titled Sweet Dream on November 19, 2016. Sweet Dream was highly successful. The single reached number 1 on the Korean music charts and has been downloaded almost a million times. In February, 2018, the duo released their second collaboration single, titled Falling Blossom.

Min Kyung-hoon and Kim Hee-chul appeared as permanent members of the popular TV show Knowing Brothers and have become known for their bromance on the show. The duo didn’t hesitate when showing affection and skinship such as holding hands, back-hugging, and rubbing shoulders. Their on-screen bromance is something that Knowing Brothers viewers liked. When rumors that Kim Hee-chul and Twice’s Momo broke up began circulating, Min Kyung-hoon was dejected and he felt betrayed by Kim hee-chul. Kim Hee-chul held Min Kyung-hoon’s hand close to his chest and comforted him. He said that if he found someone that he liked, Min Kyung-hoon would be the first person to know.
