CONCERTS Monsta X’s Kihyun
The group, Monsta X, who debuted under Starship Entertainment, started to be recognized by many people after they released their first full album, “Beautiful”, early in 2017. After that, in June 2017, Monsta X held their first world tour, “The First World Tour- Monsta X Beautiful.” Successful with their first world tour, Monsta X began getting more and more well-known, with many people listening to their music. The group accepted their first award in November, 2017, for the song “Dramarama.”
Monsta X held their second world tour, “The World Tour-Monsta X The Connect Tour”, which started off in Seoul on May 26-27, 2018. They were concerts around Asia, America, and even in Europe, that were attended by thousands of fans all over the world.
Monsta X’s Kihyun’s SINGING COMPILATION
Kihyun’s vocal has been avowed by many people as one of the best vocals from an idol group. Because of his excellent voice, Kihyun appearance on many tv shows, even during his debut era. He appeared on MBC’s music show, “King of Mask Singer”, on the January 3 episode, and sang Kim Gun-mo’s song “Seoul Moon” with his clear and high-note vocal. The judges were shocked when he revealed his identity, because he was just part of a rookie idol group back then, if one with a powerful voice.
Kihyun also made an appearance on KBS2’s “Singing Battle”, on the April 7 episode, 2017. He appeared as a ‘hidden card’ singer for Park Kyung-lim’s team, and faced off against comedian Kim Hak-do from Lee Sang-min’s team, coming out the winner.
