Eric Mun is a leader of Shinhwa, an SM Entertainment’s boy band prodigy which still active and popular until their 20 years anniversary. Eric is known as the rapper of this group and also one of the members who are active in Korean Entertainment as an actor. He was born on February 16, 1979 in Seoul, South Korea. He graduated from Dongguk University where he majored in Theater and Film in 2005. Before he joined SM Entertainment s a trainee and debuted as a member of Shinhwa, he spent his childhood and teen years in USA. In 1996, he was scouted by SM Ent and came back to Korea to pursue his career as a trainee.
Aside from being an idol, he is also known as an actor who made his debut in a drama called Breathless. His acting in his newest drama, Another Miss Oh Hae-young, has captivated many people’s hearts for his outstanding acting and chemistry with his fellow co-star, Seo Hyun-jin.
