At the tvN10 Awards, Reply 1997 received quite a number of awards. Jung Eun-ji and Seo In-guk successfully brought home Best Kiss through their role in the drama. When receiving the award, Seo In-guk told what really happened in the scene. Actors Lee Soo-hyuk and Seo In-guk have been confirmed to star in the latest action film titled Pipeline along with several other actors, such as Eum Moon-suk, Yoo Seung-mok, Tae Hang-ho, and many more. Pipeline is a film by Yoo Ha, the director behind the popular Korean film titled Gangnam Blues. Pipeline will tell the story of a group of thieves who tried to rob underground oil pipes.
Lee Soo-hyuk will play Gun Woo, a chaebol (wealthy person) and second-generation heir who dares to plan an oil pipeline robbery to make millions of dollars. Meanwhile, the character played by Seo In-guk, is described as the only drilling technician in South Korea. Eum Moon-suk will act as a welding technician who is paired with the character played by Seo In-guk in this film. Meanwhile, Yoo Seung-mok will play the character of team leader Na, who is tasked with planning an underground road that leads to Gun Woo’s targeted oil pipeline.
Pipeline is Seo In-guk’s first film in six years, since he starred in the 2013 film No Breathing. This was also Lee Soo-hyuk’s first project after he completed his mandatory military service on July 17th, 2019. “I will do my best to make films that are fun and cool,” said Seo In-guk. Pipeline is scheduled to begin filming at the end of July 2019 and will be released in 2020.
