I Got A Boy was SNSD’s fourth Korean studio album, which was released on January 1, 2013. The album had 10 songs proved to be a legendary comeback since the group tried a hip-hop concept with colorful outfits that they never wore before.
The song received much attention from both their fans and music critics from around the world, by saying that the genres are so unique. I Got A Boy incorporates the genres of EDM, R&B, and new wave and reached #1 on the Gaon Music Chart and Billboard U.S. World Albums.

The Boys
The Boys is another of the most legendary comebacks that SNSD has ever made. The song was a big success in Asia and it also reached the highest position on their worldwide promotion. The song was composed by a famous American songwriter, Teddy Riley. Each member of SNSD really pulled out their performance during The Boys comeback.
The members had a chance to show their individual charms in this comeback by wearing a different outfit as they performed on stage. During this era, SNSD had their golden moment, reaching high popularity in South Korea and internationally. In this comeback, Sunny became very well known for her unique style with her blonde, short hair cut and smoky eyes.
The members looked like princesses and SNSD become one of the strongest girl-groups during this era. The Boys has a very dynamic beat and choreography, and the album won the Digital Daesang Awards at both the 26th Golden Disk Awards and the 21st Seoul Music Awards. Their achievement with The Boys also put them at #2 on United States Billboard World Albums, at 64th and 130th in Spain and France, and at #17 on the Top Heatseekers.

Love & Girls
Love & Girls is a Japanese song that was included on SNSD’s 3rd Japanese studio album, titled Love & Peace. The album was released in digital on December 10, 2013, along with the music video. The song itself, Love & Girls, reached the 4th rank of the Oricon Single Chart and ranked 3rd on the Japan Hot 100.
The song is very refreshing and has a bright energy. The video used the concept of doing a flashmob at an amusement park with their fans, SONE. There was also a public flashmob event at Universal Studio Japan while SNSD performed Love & Girls.
The choreography in this song is also unique. The members were dancing with their shampoo and nail art dance moves, which gave this song its own signature dance moves. The lyrics in Love & Girls tell us a story about a fantasy wonderland where everyone is just having fun together.

Galaxy Supernova
Galaxy Supernova is a Japanese song that was included as one of the tracks from the Love & Peace album that was released on September 18, 2013. The song reached the 3rd rank on the Oricon Singles Chart and the 4th rank on the Japan Hot 100. The single sold 14.564 copies on the second day after the song has reached the 1st place on Oricon Singles Chart.
In the music video, the SNSD members are looking good with their futuristic outfits and colorful legging. The members later changed their costumes to colorful dressed while they were dancing in front of LED lighting which made this music video really bright and colorful.
