VERIVERY Dong-heon Pre-Debut
Before debuting with VERIVERY, Dongheon had to become a trainee to develop his skills. But, unexpectedly, it turned out that he was a former trainee from a huge agency, namely SM Entertainment. Before joining Jellyfish Entertainment, he spent his trainee days at SM Entertainment where the agency usually introduces their trainees under the SM Rookies system.
But, unfortunately, he wasn’t revealed by SM Entertainment as a member of SM Rookies. However, there’s some photo evidence that shows that he once joined SM Rookies!

Before officially debuting, the group had their own variety show program called Now Verivery: Real Road Movie that aired in September 2018 on Mnet. Dongheon and his group also have a pre-debut single titled “Super Special.”
VERIVERY Dong-heon Debut Era
VERIVERY was debuted by Jellyfish Entertainment on January 9, 2019, with the release of their first extended play (EP) titled Veri-Us with the lead single “Ring Ring Ring.” He was revealed by Jellyfish Entertainment as a member of VERIVERY on September 5, 2018. As per the date, he’s the 5th member to be revealed. In his group, he’s declared as the leader, main dancer, and lead rapper.

VERIVERY made its debut stage on the music program aired on Mnet named M! Countdown on the day after their official debut on January 10, 2019.

VERIVERY Dong-heon Solo Activity
Dongheon’s schedule for his solo activity actually has no official information from the agency. However, on June 18, 2020, Dongheon and his group became participants in a television program that aired on Mnet named Road to Kingdom, where they competed with other famous K-pop groups.
In this program, VERIVERY got 5th place and was eliminated in the final episode. After that, he suffered an injury on August 8 and he was on hiatus and didn’t participate in VERIVERY’s activities on Music Bank, Music Core, and their fan meeting.
