During his rise to stardom, Park Woojin has experienced many things During a performance on Sunday, May 28, 2017, Woojin began experiencing a high fever and extreme pain. According to Mnet, as the organizer of the event, Park Woojin was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with nerve rash. Nerve rash, (or in English, called Shingles) is an extremely painful skin rash caused by the Varicella Zoster virus (or commonly called the chickenpox virus).

Park Woojin is close friends with Park Jihoon and the duo decided to call themselves, “Pink Sausage” and dressed the part! The Park duo who were both born in 1999, was very feared by the other members of Wanna One, mainly because they would beat the members who did not obey them, even including the hyungs!
Of course, these “beatings” were all only in good fun and the “Pink Sausage” act became very popular among the other members of Wanna One for their, “hijinks” and “attacks”! It is hard to believe that when he first appeared on Produce 101, Park Jihoon was known as being the shy and quiet member of Wanna One!
