You Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook (유희열의 스케치북) is a television program that aired on KBS2/KBS World, and broadcasts live music with the different singers or idol groups who come as guests on every episode.
The music program has aired since April 24, 2009, and is hosted by You Hee-yeol and a band named Toy (토이). Until now, the show has aired more than 400 episodes. Each episode runs about 80 minutes and has 3-4 singers who become the guests, performing and talking with You Hee-yeol.
You Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook is one of the most popular music shows in South Korea and has many viewers. You Hee-yeol, himself, is one of the most well-known hosts in nation beside Yoo Jae-suk. Besides watching the musicians performing during the show, the talk-show portion gives us a chance to learn more about them.
